What if a module arrives damaged? Is it under warranty?
If a box or module arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a short video of the box, the shipping label and the damage: we replace that module and you pay nothing. Your sofa also has a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the delivery of your last box, for home use: when a defect is confirmed, we send a replacement part or module free of charge. Normal wear, accidents, pets and sun are not covered, and foam that softens a little with use is normal.
