Which oversized couch fits your space?

What does the width mean for your wall?
The table gives the overall width, so a 145 in sofa needs a wall at least that long, plus room at the ends. The two long straight sofas are the slimmest for their length: the 120 in velvet sofa is 35.4 in deep, and the 145 in compressed sofa is 38 in deep. The L and U sets are deeper, at 52 to 83.5 in, so measure both dimensions of the floor.
Big sofas that split up
Large does not have to mean fixed. The velvet sofa is two 2-seat sections that can be a row, a daybed or two facing loveseats. The 145 in sectional can be one long row, two 2-seat sofas or three seats plus a single chair. The 139 in curved sectional unstraps into two separate sofas. The 130 in cloud U-shaped sectional can be a U, an L or a four-seat sofa, and its seats are each rated for 300 lb. The velvet sofa has a 400 lb maximum weight capacity. The 130 in corduroy cloud sectional comes with two storage ottomans that move freely: a U, an L with a chaise on the left, a lounge bed or a long four-seat sofa, with a USB port and a phone pocket on each side.
