We prepare every order within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Shipped in several boxes
Usually one box per module or group of modules, each with its own tracking number, sent to you by email.
- Delivered in 3 to 5 days
Boxes travel separately and may arrive on different days.

When will tracking appear?
Orders are prepared within 24 hours. As soon as your boxes ship, you receive an email with the tracking number of each box and their journey shows up here. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 days.
Where do I find my order number?
In your order confirmation email. It starts with #LK.
Only some of my boxes arrived
This is normal: each box travels on its own and they can arrive on different days. If a box shows as delivered but is not there, write to us within 48 hours with your order number.
A box arrived damaged
Keep the box, take photos and a short video of the box, the shipping label and the damage, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the damaged module. Details
The tracking has not moved for a while
Tracking usually updates when a box reaches the next facility, so a few quiet days are common. If you are worried, write to us with your order number and we will check it.
