Gift card questions
How does the gift card work?
You buy a Lakely gift card for the amount you choose. A unique code is sent by email. Whoever has the code enters it at checkout on lakelyhome.com, and the amount is taken off their order.
When does it arrive?
By email, right after your order is paid. If you send it to someone else and pick a send date, it arrives on that date instead.
Can I schedule it?
Yes. Choose “Recipient’s email”, add their name, an optional message and the date you want it sent.
Does it expire?
No. Lakely gift cards never expire.
Can it be used on any sofa?
Yes. It works on every sofa, every shape and every color we sell. If the order costs more than the card, the difference is paid with another payment method.
Can I use it on more than one order?
Yes. Whatever is not spent stays on the card for the next order, until the balance reaches zero.
